This December, join us for our Gratitude Challenge

This December, join us for our Gratitude Challenge. This first part of this challenge is one of the best! The cost to join is a donation to the Cloverdale Christmas hamper program (and the box for donations is already in our lobby). We think there's no better way to kick off a challenge all about gratitude than giving to others.

We know that a 30 day challenge isn't realistic for most of our yogis in December, so here's the challenge details:

Between December 1st and 31st:
- complete 10 classes
- commit 10 random acts of kindness
- list 10 things you're grateful for and add them to your challenge board or the gratitude tree in the lobby

The classes can be at the studio, online or On Demand. You can do them on ten different days or add a few doubles just for fun.

Random acts of kindness are up to you! We love buying coffee for the person behind us in the drive thru, or better yet, a coconut water for the next yogi to arrive to the studio (yes, we can do this for you secretly). Anything that spreads kindness counts; hold a door open, share some kind words with a stranger, or volunteer your time to your favourite charity.

We want to have a visual representation of our gratitude this year, so we've set up a tree in the lobby where you can add what you're grateful for. Let's join as a community and be grateful for the year we've had together 🧡
