We love hosting challenges at the studio because they're such a great way to help our members (and ourselves) commit to their practice. When you dedicate yourself to simply showing up on your mat for a period of time like a month, you'll be shocked at the progress you make ... and we love watching our students learn this lesson!

Sometimes it's difficult to stay accountable to ourselves. This challenge pairs you with a fellow yogi so you can both support and stay accountable to each other. If you've never joined a studio challenge before, this is a great one to start with.

Find a partner - either on your own or ask us to pair you up with someone - and then complete 40 classes between the 2 of you in 31 days. You can both do 20 classes, one person can do 39 and the other can do 1, or you can split it up however it works best for you and your partner.

Registration is just $25 per team. If you and your partner complete your 40 classes, you will be entered to win a bunch of great prizes.

One grand prize team will also win a free private class with Candice, where she will lead you through any postures you'd like to work on as well as provide full body composition, postural and movement assessments.

The challenge starts today!

You get one point for each class you take and one point for each challenge you complete between April 15th and 22nd. Each point you earn will give you one entry into the draw for one of our Yoga 360 water bottles!

Registration is by donation (minimum $10) to the Raincoast Conservation Foundation. They're an organization that is dedicated to preserving and protecting our beautiful coast and forests here in British Columbia.

We'll post each challenge the night before it happens in our stories on social media and add some information about what inspired that particular day's challenge, but you can also check out the second slide here to get an overview for the week.
