"On and off about 5 years."
What benefits have you experienced with your practice?
"I am an easily distracted person! I feel yoga helps so much with my focus! I love the quiet time before and after class when we are just laying there relaxing, I can really keep my mind quiet."
What's your favourite posture?
"I guess, right now, I get excited about going into locust! I can see the improvement. My legs are coming off the floor!"
What can't you live without?
"My son! He is 27 and a personal trainer. He always bugs me about what I should be eating, exercising and doing squats!"
