Yoga has been a part of Kim’s life for over 17 years - the practice has helped her grow stronger and more grounded, both on and off the mat.Kim teaches Vinyasa Flow, Yin, and PyroPilates. She completed her 200 hour Foundation training with Semperviva Yoga in 2009, as well as trainings in hot yoga, yin, and most recently, PyroPilates. Kim continues to be a student of the practice and will be completing her 300 hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training in 2019. Kim’s classes include playful and challenging sequences, suitable for all levels of practitioners. She intends for all students to leave her classes feeling balanced and refreshed, ready to carry a sense of well-being off the mat.

PyroPilates is a low impact training system that combines pilates based deep core strengthening along with cardiovascularly challenging High Intensity Interval Training for an intense, fun workout that increases strength, stamina, flexibility and quality of life.

Yin/Deep Stretch Yoga
This Yin/Deep Stretch yoga is a slower paced class with poses or asanas held for longer periods of time—3 minutes to 10 minutes per pose is typical. This class is a complement for your regular practice. Yin yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. There is little "dialogue" in this class, there may be music. Please bring blocks and/or bolsters if you have them.
All levels. Temperature: Room.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa Flow class will maintain awareness and focus on the breath while moving through a series of postures. The sequence of postures may be different from class to class, but always follow an intelligent progression that moves from basic to complex. This style of yoga builds heat, flexibility and strength, while maintaining focus on good alignment and sound structure. Postures may be held for longer periods of time, and will flow together to unite the body to the breath and mind. The class includes sun salutations, standing poses, seated poses, fundamental backbends and some inversions.All levels. Temperature: Warm.
